Vendor Onboarding
Shoppingate is a powerful super app and e-commerce platform that connects buyers and sellers across multiple categories from groceries and fashion to electronics, home essentials, and beyond. As a seller, you can reach thousands of customers and grow your business effortlessly.
Any individual entrepreneur, retailer, or registered business can become a seller on Shoppingate. We welcome local stores, brands, wholesalers, and service providers who want to expand their online reach.
You can register directly through the Shoppingate Seller Portal or the Shoppingate app:
- Download the Shoppingate app or visit the website.
- Click on “Sell with SG.”
- Complete the registration form with your business details.
- Upload the required documents.
Once verified, you’ll receive your seller dashboard access to start listing products.

Basic registration on Shoppingate is free. However, we may charge a small commission per successful sale or offer optional paid plans for premium visibility, advertising, or fulfillment services.
After logging into your Seller Dashboard, you can:
- Add products manually or in bulk via CSV upload
- Set prices, quantities, and shipping options
- Upload high-quality images and descriptions
- Track inventory and sales in real time

Payments are securely processed and transferred to your registered bank account on a Monthly basis, depending on your seller plan. You can view your earnings anytime through the Seller Dashboard.

- Return Requests: Customers can request a return within the allowed return period based on category-specific policies.
- Seller Notification: You’ll be notified through your dashboard to approve or inspect the return request.
- Refunds: Once the item is received and verified, a refund will be issued to the customer, and the order status will update automatically.
- Dispute Resolution: If there’s a disagreement, Shoppingate’s Seller Support team will step in to review and resolve the case fairly.
